As a child, I believed that hard work defined self-worth and that success followed a straight, predictable path. But life had other plans, that forced me to rethink everything I thought I knew.
With 30 years of experience as a finance and legal professional, professor, entrepreneur, ex-felon, and mental health advocate, I was uprooted by unimaginable challenges. Fear and uncertainty could have broken me, but I made a choice to step into discomfort, embrace vulnerability, and adapt at every moment.
The RISE Framework became my foundation, helping me push through adversity and reclaim my purpose. Today, I work with leaders and organisations worldwide, guiding them to cultivate resilience, leadership, and transformational growth.
