You see a lot of speakers come and go on the Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO) circuit. For me, a great speaker needs to do two things: 1. Explain why their story, ideas, or remarks are truly different and important. 2. Bring actionable takeaways whether they're specifically a "business speaker" or something that would be defined more broadly.
