Hi. I’m Rashmi.

I am a first generation American with parents of Indian descent. When I was 10, I believed wholeheartedly that if we set goals and work hard, there is a straight line to success.

But, I learned as a teenager, this is NOT ALWAYS TRUE.

As a finance and legal professional, professor and entrepreneur, convicted felon, and mental health advocate – my life has been uprooted, shifted and changed by life experiences that could have broken me.

But, I utilized the RISE™ process over thirty years to catapult me out of the fear that often took hold.

I have made the choice to harness discomfort, be vulnerable, adapt to every moment and the results have been life-changing.
