At the halfway mark of 2025, I am doing something rare in my world of go-go-go:
I am choosing to pause.
Not to make a new to-do list.
Not to strategize or optimize.
But to listen – to what my spirit was asking for.
Last week, I was with my Impact Eleven family at our Boot Camp and Masterclass, and co-founder Josh Linkner shared a word I had never heard before:
Pronoia (proh-NOY-uh) – the opposite of paranoia.
Not the fear that things might go wrong, but the deep belief that the universe is secretly conspiring in your favor.
That single word cracked something open in me.
When Effort Isn’t the Problem – Control Is
As someone who speaks, coaches, and writes about rising through struggle, I live my life in alignment with my purpose. I’m deeply committed to doing meaningful work and showing up with integrity and heart.
But in that room last week, I realized something:
Even with all the clarity I’ve built, I’ve still been gripping too tightly.
Gripping to outcomes.
Gripping to timelines.
Gripping to the need to prove, to myself and to others, that I’m doing enough, that I am enough.
That grip is subtle, but it’s exhausting.
And what I need at this midpoint of the year isn’t a push, it’s a release.
A softening.
A rooting into faith that my purpose is seen and the impact I’m meant to make is already unfolding.
Choosing Trust Over Tension
Pronoia invites me, and maybe you, too, to reimagine what it means to lead, live, and build with intention.
It reminds me that:
I can work hard and make room for joy.
I can serve others and protect space for myself.
I can chase excellence and still trust the timing of it all.
This shift isn’t about slowing down, it’s about surrendering the hustle mentality that says we have to do it all right now, or we’ll fall behind.
Instead, I choose to believe:
“What’s meant for me is already finding its way.”
The RISE Process in Real Time
This is exactly what the RISE Process™ is designed to do:
Reframe the story you’re telling yourself.
Identify who and what keeps you grounded.
Surrender the illusion of control.
Evolve into a fuller, freer version of yourself.
It’s not just a framework, it’s a path I walk, every day.
And right now, that path is calling me to live with more balance, more joy, and more trust.
A Midyear Invitation
So here’s my invitation to you:
And then make one small shift.
Send a thank-you message.
Schedule that walk.
Say yes to the invitation.
Or maybe, say no and rest.
Let the pause create the clarity.
Let the trust create the transformation.
We Rise Together
I don’t have it all figured out.
But I’m committed to rising, with you, beside you, and through it all.
Because rising isn’t just about bouncing back.
It’s about becoming more rooted in who you are and who you’re here to be.
Let’s keep rising – with purpose, presence, and pronoia.
With heart,
Rashmi
